Clay County Fair Expands "Breath Easy Zones"
March 24 , 2015

As the citizens of Clay County once again prepare for the Clay County Agricultural Fair to roll into town the Tobacco Free Partnership has partnered with the fair to provide updated “Breathe Easy Zone” signage.

This is the 29th year of the fair and attendance is expected to hit 1150,000!

“Not only is the fair a staple of the community here in Clay County but in North Florida as well. Anyway we can partner with the fair to make it a more family friendly event is something we are interested in doing,” commented Joseph O’Hern the Tobacco Free Partnership of Clay County Facilitator.

When asked, Pete Sutton, the fair's General Manager said, “Our guests enjoy these zones because most are where kids are in attendance. Our fair is all about good clean family fun!”

New signage will posted around the rides as well as agricultural areas to protect not only kids but agriculture! Sutton went on to say that “Breath Easy Zones” at the fair are “very important!”
