Tobacco Free Partnership and SWAT Members Attend Clay County Back 2 School Bash
August 8 , 2015

Clay County SWAT Students and the Tobacco Free Partnership of Clay County attended the Back 2 School Bash and Resource Fair on Saturday, August 8th at Camp Blanding. The event was put on by the Family Readiness Group and it was open to all military families. The families visited vendor tables for back to school goodies and resources. The Partnership also held a drawing for an awesome basket of school supplies at our table. The families enjoyed food and games after collecting their supplies.

Along with handing out pencils, the students and partnership members educated the families on current tobacco issues and ways to quit. It was awesome to see them interact and inspire the event participants from different generations. Thank you to our Students Working Against Tobacco students for working so hard at our booth!
